The Hierarchy Burn is for when difference automatically becomes rank.

Not because people are the same.

Because knowledge, age, title, status, authority, family role, money, experience, or position can start deciding who is above and who is below.

This can show up as feeling smaller around certain people, becoming intimidated by authority, giving someone’s opinion more weight because of their role, or feeling pressure to defer because someone is older, more experienced, more successful, or holds a title.

It can also work the other way.

You may expect more deference because of your own role, age, knowledge, position, or relationship to someone.

Delivery:

Orders placed Sunday to Thursday before 6pm UK time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next working day.

Friday is my day off, so orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered Saturday.
