The Projection Burn is for when someone else’s view of you starts to affect how you see yourself.

Not always obvious.

But hard to ignore.

This can show up as reacting to what someone thinks of you, feeling misunderstood but still affected by it, second-guessing yourself after interactions, or getting pulled into dynamics where you’re defending or adjusting to someone else’s version of you.

Delivery:

Orders placed Sunday to Thursday before 6pm UK time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next working day.

Friday is my day off, so orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered Saturday.
