The Sleep Healing is for when you want some extra support settling into sleep.

When your mind is still going.

When your body hasn’t fully relaxed.

Or when you’re tired, but not quite able to let go into rest.

This is a focused energetic healing designed to support the transition into sleep.

The work focuses on helping mental activity slow, encouraging the body and muscles to soften and relax, and supporting your system in letting go enough to rest.

The healing will be completed during my normal working hours and set to activate when you next go to sleep. You do not need to provide your bedtime or time zone.

Delivery:

A short PDF confirmation will be sent once the healing has been completed.

Orders placed Sunday to Thursday before 6pm UK time are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next working day.

Friday is my day off, so orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered Saturday.
